LINC Home Study program is a formal language training that is offered to ESL learners who cannot attend a face-to-face class in Manitoba. You are eligible if you meet all requirements below:
 
    • to be a Permanent Resident
    • submit a Referral to LINC HS from a referral centre (Welarc https://www.welarc.net/contact-us), issued within the last 12 months
    • sign a consent form (Download here Consent Form)
    • have minimum CLB 3/3/2/2 in Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing
    • be able to meet with an instructor once per week online
    • be able to study on your own for a minimum of 5 hrs per week
